A recent dream

One of the series that I love is The Walking Dead, and some days ago, I had a dream related to zombies. It was something funny and weird. According to my dream, I was in my house with my family when we saw a neighbor walking slowly. He was coming to our house, and when he was close to us, we realized that he was a zombie. We started running immediately to the UNED’s two-story building, which is located next to our house. By the way, the zombie who we saw was a friend of my dad. We were surprised and scared when we saw him because he had blood in his mouth. 

We were there a lot of time because we thought that it was the safest place in the town. There were many people there with us. It was the place where the survivors were. Then, a guy came to the building, but nobody had seen him before. I talked to him trying to know anything about him, and I realized that he was a brave guy whose family had died because of the zombies. However, a zombie had bitten him, but I didn’t know it. He started sweating until he became a zombie. Then he tried to bite me, but I woke up in this moment. It was an amazing dream.

Describe your ideal life 15 years from now.

There are many goals that I want to achieve because I think that I am a dreamer. What I have to do is to work hard every single day. That is the only way to achieve them. First of all, I’d like to have my own company, I mean I would like to depend on myself. Besides, I would like to be an excellent professional in business management and English, so I wonder if I will get many degrees on those areas.

I know it isn’t going to be easy to get them. There will be many difficult experiences, but I am sure that I will remember who was with me during the most difficult moments.  On the other hand, I would like to have a beautiful family. By the way, I hope to be an excellent husband and father. I don’t know what I am going to achieve in 15 years, but I am sure that I am going to work hard. I hope that my effort be enough for achieving my goals. I wonder what will happen on those years.

However, I think that the perfect life that’s no about the things we achieve, it is about how much happy we are. That’s why I wonder if I will be happy on 2032.

What would be the best change the next Costa Rica president can make to improve education in the country?

Education program should be a priority to the next president of our country because it is deficient. There are many things that must be improved. If one country wants to develop, they must have excellent education programs. For example, that’s the only way that the country would have professional workers for transnationals.

By the way, it is important that the government doesn’t reduce the amount of scholarships that it gives because there are many people who doesn’t have the financial resources for studying. However, it is essential to improve the way that the scholarships are given because there are many cases of people who lies in the process for getting a scholarship. The solution is not about reducing the scholarships. Giving scholarships to the people that really need that is how the government could improve it.

Besides, it is necessary to modify the methodology of classes. The current program is boring. Classes need an innovation. They must be attractive to students. It is important that they make the students want to go to classes. They must be original, creative and enjoyable. Otherwise, the amount of people that decide not to study anymore will increase.

Finally, English’s programs should be examined. When a person finishes the high school’s studies, they must know, at least, the basic things of the language. However, there are many cases where students go to universities to learn what they were supposed to learn in high schools. Nowadays, it is essential to be bilingual; however, the only way to get it is with a university degree because only few high schools give you the opportunity to study English in an excellent way.

The next president should take these into consideration because there are many things that need to be analyzed. We also have the obligation for demanding an excellent education in the country.
